What this page covers

Send4 is a subscription service operated by Nord it, UAB (Ateities g. 5-86, LT-08305 Vilnius, Lithuania, company number 307668350). This page explains, in plain English, what you are charged and when, how to stop being charged, and when money comes back. It applies to the self-serve Starter and Business plans bought on our pricing page; Enterprise agreements are governed by their own contract.

Free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial of the plan you pick at signup, Starter or Business. You add a card to start the trial — that is what activates the account — but the card is not charged during the trial. If you cancel at any point before day 15, no payment is ever taken and there is nothing to refund.

When the trial ends, that plan begins and its first payment is taken automatically from the card on file, on the billing cycle you picked. If you switch to the other plan before day 15, that first payment is the new plan's price for the same cycle. We email you before either happens.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel at any time, yourself, from the billing portal inside your Send4 account — there is no cancellation fee, no minimum term beyond the period you have already paid for, and no requirement to contact us first.

• During the trial. Cancelling before day 15 ends the subscription before any charge is made.
• Monthly subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The service stays available until the end of the month you have already paid for, and the current month is not refunded.
• Annual subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The service stays available until the end of the year you have already paid for. If you cancel within 30 days of the start of that year, see the refund rule below.
• Changing plans. Plan changes are made from the plan page in your account, not the billing portal. An upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period.

Cancelling ends billing and access. It does not by itself delete your data — see the Privacy Policy for how long we keep it and how to ask us to erase it sooner.

Refund policy

• Trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, so nothing needs refunding.
• Monthly. The month already in progress is not refunded. You keep the service until that month ends.
• Annual. If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of the start of the billing year, we refund the whole months you have not used. Cancel after that window and the year already paid for is not refunded, but the subscription will not renew.
• Billing errors. A duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation, or a charge at the wrong price is always refunded in full — tell us and we will correct it.

Refunds are issued to the card that made the payment, through our payment processor. We start the refund within 5 business days of agreeing it; how quickly it appears on your statement is then up to your bank, usually within a further 5 to 10 business days.

Carrier costs are not ours to refund: messaging traffic runs on your own Twilio (or compatible) account and is billed to you by that provider, never by us.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you do not recognise a charge, or you believe it is wrong, email [email protected] before opening a dispute with your bank. Where the charge was our mistake we simply refund it, which is faster for you than a chargeback — banks can take weeks to resolve one.

If a chargeback is opened, we respond to the card network with the account and usage records supporting the charge. We may suspend an account while a chargeback on it is open, and we may close an account that leaves a disputed balance unpaid. Nothing here limits your rights against your card issuer.

Prices and tax

All prices are in euro. Nord it, UAB is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added: the price shown on the pricing page is the amount charged. If we change the price of a plan, we tell you before the change applies to your renewal, and you are free to cancel instead.
